Justin Carter has over 13 years professional basketball experience in Europe. Attended Creighton University he played two years after attending a JUCO in Fullerton, California. While a professional career was always a goal of his and knowing that life goes beyond basketball, he knew he wanted to make a difference in kids lives through coaching and mentoring. PVB has been a vision on his heart to help reach and teach kids all over the state that with hope and perseverance, you can achieve your goals.   He believes kids deserve an opportunity to be seen and coached with PRO vision.
